DROP SHIP FEE! All orders placed via email, etc. will incur a $2.00 drop ship fee per order. This fee is waived for orders placed on-line (contact customer care for your on-line log-in information).

SHIPPING: All orders ship via our Ground Services and will be delivered by UPS, Fed-Ex,
or USPS. The shipping carrier is chosen by Nya’s Gifts at the time of shipping. We also offer 3-Day, 2-Day and Next Day shipping options.
INTERNATIONAL: Nya’s Gifts will ship to international destinations with appropriate product information; however Nya’s Gifts is not responsible for any customs and duties or tariffs and will not reimburse these charges for any reason.
Please Note: Orders with Personalized Candles and Favors will ship in 3-5 business days, we do not separate orders with these items.
ORDER CHANGE FEE ($25.00): Once your order is submitted to Nya’s Gifts it will be considered ‘in processing’. Changes to your order will incur a change fee of $25 per order as we process our orders very quickly. Changes include but are not limited to personalization, product, address, ship type, added fees, product additions, gift messages, etc. Changes submitted via email will be made and charged without notice. Some change requests will be unavailable if the order is in the final stages of production.
RUSH SERVICE : If you have a customer needing their order fast, you can offer to place a RUSH on the order. Adding a rush service to your Order will ship that order within 24 business hours and your personalized gift order within 3 business days of order receipt if received by 2 p.m. EST. Unless ‘holiday policies’ are being enforced. Holiday rushes take up to 48 business hours. RUSH SERVICES = item number GC911, must be indicated on the order (example: GC911, rush fee ok, or use the rush item number GC911 option when ordering on-line). Please note: If you put RUSH on your order the order will be expedited and you WILL be charged the $15.00 fee. RUSH will expedite processing time only. Please upgrade your shipping in addition to the rush service accordingly.
Page 1 ENGRAVING AND FONT INFORMATION: Items will be engraved exactly as requested including upper and lower case letters, with or without punctuation. Please enter and review your personalization carefully. All personalization is done in the font style as pictured. We do not make font changes. Here are some guidelines for personalization: Enter personalization as you would like it to appear with capital letters, lower case letters, numbers, punctuation and characters such as &, @, “ or *. Do not type in all capital letters or all lower case letters unless that is how you want the item to appear. Please refer to the product image and/or pricelist for a sample of the personalization, font name, style type as well as line & character limits and product dimensions. Numerical dates are completed using hyphens only (Example: 715-2015) unless otherwise noted.
Nya’s Gifts CLASSIC MONOGRAMMING: If you would like a classic Monogram, please clearly specify "Monogram" on each item to be monogrammed. Then provide the initials in the following order: First name initial, Last name initial, Middle name Initial. We will NOT change the order of the initials submitted even if done so with the actual name written out, Nya’s Gifts will produce the MONOGRAM exactly as you have entered/written it in the font shown for the item ordered.
Example: The classic monogram for Samuel Allen Magnuson would be: SMA

If your custom order happened to fall short of your expectations, please contact Nya @ firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Authorization Form.
Items without personalization may incur a restocking fee.
Please place your gift order at least 3 weeks prior to event date to minimize Rush order and Rush Shipping charges.
Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY. Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 10 business days of delivery date No Exceptions.
All merchandise returns/exchanges must have an RA NUMBER or may be returned to you at your cost.
TO OBTAIN AN RA# (return authorization), FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS:
1. Download, sign, scan and email the Return Authorization form to us at email@example.com. After approval, you will receive your RA # within 24 hours.
2. Place the RA# received on the outside of the box you are returning so it can be seen clearly by the returns department. RA shipments must be returned within 10 business days of RA approval.
Please Note: Any package arriving outside of the 10 days and/or without a return authorization number clearly written on the exterior of the package will be returned to sender at the cost of the sender.
3. Be sure the item you are returning for inspection is packaged properly as Nya’s Gifts is not responsible for further damages due to improper return packaging. Items returned with insufficient packaging will be refused and returned at the cost of the sender.
4. You are encouraged to ship your return via a track-able source, as Nya’s Gifts cannot be responsible for merchandise lost in transit.
RETURN PACKAGE/ORDER FEES: Often orders are returned for a bad address, customer refusal or other misc. reasons. In these situations, fees are often assessed directly from the shipper and are therefore passed along to you. Nya’s Gifts will handle as follows;
1. Address Correction: All shippers require a VALID delivery address. Orders processed without a valid address may be returned or incur additional shipping fees. Our flat rate address correction fee is $10.00. All additional fees will be assessed directly to the original order invoice and may be done so without notice.
2. Orders/Packages returned by shipper: When a shipment is sent back to Nya’s Gifts by the shipper, Nya’s Gifts will attempt to contact you as soon as possible for direction. If we are unable to contact you for resolution within 10 business days Nya’s Gifts will ship the package directly to you at your cost. All packages returned to Nya’s Gifts by the shipper will incur return handling fees. Return shipment fees typically equal the initial ship cost.
• Nya’s Gifts accepts all major credit cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
• Invoices will be emailed for shipped orders daily. It is your responsibility to make sure you are receiving these.
• Invoices are available online by logging into your online account at www.www.nyasgifts.com.
• All accounts payable and invoice questions must be registered within 10 days of the order shipment date. Nya’s Gifts may charge a fee to reconcile your account after 60 days.
